The Guam Office of the Attorney General is pleased to announce the implementation of Victim Information and Notification Everyday (VINE). Offering peace of mind, the VINE service lets victims of crime anonymously access timely and reliable information regarding offender court events. Victims can also register to receive automated notifications about changes in that court event status via their choice of format: phone, email, text, or TTY (hearing impaired) service.

The Guam VINE Service Provider Directory, a key feature of the VINE service, will centralize agency information by offering a new, comprehensive directory of victim service providers in Guam. The new directory will greatly improve access to victim services for VINE users. It will be accessible by phone, mobile app, and internet.

By participating in the directory, your organization can connect with victims in need of services throughout Guam. There is no cost for your agency to be added to the directory. To complete the survey, click the “Join Directory” link.
