VINE has been helping victims of crime since 1994, with more than 3,500 new users registering each month in Virginia alone. Virginia launched an enhanced version of VINE in November 2017. Enhanced VINE offers users several new features, including a service provider directory of national, regional and local providers, allowing victims of crime to directly connect with help and services.
