The West Virginia Division of Corrections & Rehabilitation is pleased to announce a new version of Victim Information and Notification Everyday (VINE).

Fewer than one in ten victims of serious violent crime in the U.S. receive assistance from a victim service agency. Additionally, there is currently no central website or mobile application that lists services for all types of crimes. The new version of West Virginia VINE launching this spring will help bridge this gap. The West Virginia VINE Service Provider Directory will centralize agency information by offering a new, comprehensive directory of victim service providers in West Virginia. The new directory will greatly improve access to victim services for West Virginia VINE users. It will be accessible by phone, mobile app, and internet.

By participating in the directory, your organization can connect with 28,700 VINE users throughout West Virginia. There is no cost for your agency to be added to the directory.

Please review the service provider guidelines before submitting your agency’s information; then click the “Join Directory” link to complete the survey.

We hope you will choose to be a part of this important new resource for crime victims in our state.
